1. Orders & Availability
All catering, tray, dessert, fruit tray, and other food orders are subject to availability. An order is not confirmed until Hey Mama Catering Co accepts the order and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Menu items, serving sizes, pricing, and availability may change. Seasonal ingredients and reasonable substitutions may be used when appropriate.
2. Pricing, Deposits & Payment
Quoted prices are based on the menu selections, quantities, service needs, and event details provided at the time of the quote. Changes to guest count, menu, delivery, setup, or service may change the final price.
If a deposit is required, the order is not reserved until the deposit is received. Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date communicated for the order.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Because ingredients and preparation may be scheduled specifically for each order, deposits and payments may become nonrefundable once purchasing or preparation has begun. Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on notice given and work already completed.
Requested changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
4. Pickup, Delivery & Event Timing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, contact, and event information. Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, venue access, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
For pickup orders, customers should arrive within the agreed pickup window. Food quality and food-safety responsibility may transfer to the customer once the order is picked up or delivered.
5. Food Safety & Allergens
Hey Mama Catering Co takes reasonable care in preparing food, but its kitchen may handle common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.
We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely allergen-free or free from cross-contact. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should discuss them before ordering.
Once food is delivered or picked up, the customer is responsible for keeping hot foods hot, cold foods cold, and storing leftovers safely.
6. Whole-Pan Desserts & Fruit Trays
Whole-pan desserts and fruit trays are prepared to order and may require advance notice. Fruit selection may vary by season and availability. Website photos are examples of presentation and may not exactly match every order.
7. Event & Venue Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for obtaining venue permissions, access instructions, parking information, permits, or approvals needed for service. Additional fees may apply for extended setup, waiting time, difficult access, or special service requests.
8. Website Content
Website photos, descriptions, prices, and availability are provided for general information. We may update the website at any time. The most current order details are those confirmed directly with Hey Mama Catering Co.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Hey Mama Catering Co is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, venue restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unexpected events.
